Travel to Cuba on a Dance & Music Research Trip!
Marazul Charters is organizing two amazing trips in 2010, and MetaMovements Dance Co from Boston is serving as program consultants! These are excitng trips to Cuba as they present a unique opportunity to research deep into the roots of salsa and Afro-Caribbean dance & music, as well as providing a bridge for exchange and sharing between our cultures. The trip dates are July 17-25 and November 6-14, 2010, but there is some flexibility in terms of arrival and departure dates.
Special features of these trips include working directly with master dancers and musicians, observing breath-taking performances and getting behind-the-scenes with rehearsals and artists, and special opportunities to interact and exchange with Cuban professionals in the same field as you.

The deadline to apply is usually 30 days before the trip, but it helps to get your application in earlier because flights to Cuba at times fill up very quickly, and it could take time to process your application.
